Roxana is our Head of Data and plays a crucial role in informing and supporting our data-driven strategic activities. With over 15 years of experience in major local research institutes and client-side roles, Roxana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

She and our multidisciplinary team are committed to delivering actionable insights that fuel our growth and success, always ensuring a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.

Denisa is a researcher with 7+ years of experience in the marketing industry. The first years of her professional activity were focused on creative advertising work. She infused this creative background with consumer research and trend observation. 

This journey has led her to a keen understanding of how a business creates and delivers value to its customers. Her day-to-day focus is to transform data into a narrative based on the following key competencies: competitive analysis (with a strong digital flavor), consumer research and trend analysis.
